Indigenous Workforce Services
We provide services in the promotion, recruitment, and training for the Indigenous workforce. We have established strategic relationships, which provide our clients with results in a cost-effective manner. We know that time, quality, and costs are factors for doing business. Our method is integrating the right skill sets with the right project. We believe this supports our client’s vision of being respected organizations with high standards for Indigenous inclusion, health, and safety.
For the employer we promote and assist you in recruiting a skilled Indigenous Workforce. Our process includes a meeting to become acquainted with your company, and to discuss your recruitment needs. We complete an environmental scan to gage the availability of the Indigenous Workforce with key Indigenous stakeholders or Indigenous applicants. Our goal is to ensure that applicants have the skills and training to meet your human resource requirements. When requested we can provide liaison services to support the Indigenous Workforce for successful transition to employment.
For the applicants, we believe that Indigenous people have been underrepresented in a cross section of industries and that there’s an opportunity for everyone who is seeking a career. Our goal is to build futures and people. We are committed to being responsive, protect your privacy and information, and keeping the lines of communication open as we process your application for meaningful employment. Indigenous stakeholders and applicants are welcome to forward resumes and confirmation of safety training to applynow@findworkforce.ca
