We have the experience in a cross range of industries, resource development, construction, hospitality and technical expertise.

We facilitate in the recruitment and training of a skilled Indigenous workforce. We have established strategic relationships, which provide our clients with timely results in a cost-effective manner. We know that time, quality, and cost are integrated success factors for doing business. Our method is integrating the right skill sets with the right project. We believe this supports our client’s vision of being respected organizations with high standards for Indigenous inclusion, health, and safety.

AJ has over 20 years experience working in the sectors of construction, aggregate, hospitality, food and service, and entertainment industry. He has managed crews and staff to ensure quality assurance and maintain a high standard of production in all project areas. He founded FIND to bridge Indigenous people to meaningful employment opportunities. As an entrepreneur, he believes that Indigenous people are underrepresented in a cross section of industries and believes that there’s an opportunity for everyone who is hardworking and seeking a career.

Gina has over 35-year experience as a Management Consultant, specializing in working with Indigenous People, Industry and Government to advance mutual business and economic development interests. She has worked extensively with Indigenous people in the areas of, governance and senior management, lead facilitator for program and community development, business and economic development, strategic initiatives and event management. Gina obtained her education from the University of Calgary and Grant MacEwan Community College. She is the founder of the Nikoodi Safety Association, which is dedicated to the safety and wellbeing of Indigenous businesses and people in the workplace.
